Bio Olive Oil

Extra Virgin Olive Oil of soft organoleptic characteristics, good to season fruit salads, vegetables, delicate fish and even in a simple toast.

Obtained from olives of the Madural, Cobrançosa and Verdeal Transmontana varieties produced under the organic production method, with herbaceous notes of fresh grass, green tomato and fresh fruit. In the mouth it presents a slight bitterness and spiciness with a soft fruitiness.
